Superb
- What did you like most?Everything you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. Spacious comfortable room, nice big shower space, even the tv was easy to use (rare commodity these days). Shuttle to airport was convenient. Location to airport the main attraction for me with an early morning flight, but I had a free day. So with a 5 minute walk to Mascot train station and a 10 minute train journey I was in the centre of Sydney in 15 minutes at a minuscule cost, which does beg the question as to why pay city centre hotel prices?
- Was there anything you didn't like?A couple of minor niggles. First is the usual one for these modern hotels that just have half shower screens and no doors – the bathroom floor inevitably gets wet. Other is that whilst cups & saucers are provided in the room there were no teaspoons – perhaps just a housekeeping oversight - and is one of the reasons why I always carry a set of cutlery when I go travelling!!
