Very dirty, we will not be back.
- What did you like most?It was very easy to check in and out. The location decent but right by the Lincoln tunnel so restaurants were limited in one of the directions.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We stayed in a queen and it was incredibly dirty. The floors had not been cleaned, we had mold in the shower, & our white light setting did not work so we had to use the colored lights the entire stay.
- What did you like most?The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice
- Was there anything you didn't like?The first room we had was disgusting, smelled like urine almost unbearable and we took our shoes off and the rugs were soaking wet with yellow stains and ruined our socks. We did ask for room change and they did accommodate us with a better room that was cleaner and comfortable.
