- What did you like most?Front desk staff was non empathetic when I asked for a handicap room I have limited mobility and told the front desk I needed a low entry shower in my handicap bathroom, I was told “you will be fine- there are grab bars in the shower”. I could not access the shower tub as the grab bars were only in the tub area, none outside the tub to aid with the entry access to the shower. I went back to the front desk a second time to be told “that’s all we have”. I’ve stayed at other Sleep Inn hotels (not this one before) and I know their HC rooms have better amenities.
