Awful. The staff wouldn’t help us with our problems and we will not stay there again.
- What did you like most?We had construction right above us. We travelled to Calgary for a flight and at 7:30 it felt like they were throwing bowling balls. We brought it to the desk and they said they couldn’t do anything because of the way we booked.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The whole trip was taken over by being woken at 7:30 after a very, very late night of travel.
Wasn’t the worst stay I’ve ever had but probably will look elsewhere next time.
- What did you like most?The restaurant downstairs was quite good. And the front desk staff was friendly enough.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There is very limited amenities around the hotel which made it quite frustrating as the room we had chosen was advertised as a “kitchenette”but there was no cutlery, glasses, plates or bowls. The effort that went into cleaning the suite before our arrival was minimal. There were handprints and smudges all over the sliding doors and a splatter of some food as well. They have a pump lotion and hand soap and it seems as though they were watering down the lotion as it came out in clumps and looked like rotten milk.
